Did anyone see the pictures of allison? No one commented, that makes me sad. Anyways i went to the beach today with alisha, It was the crystal river beach, but still i got alot of sun, mostly on my back and chest and face..i look like a lobster! haha, i feels sooooo good to get burnt again, ive missed that over the  last year being in TN. Anyways,

exercising is like clinically proven to help with depression...also sleeping good and eating healthy...the pics of allison are cute, i didnt comment mostly bc i dont knowher and whatever i gues..i think about that too...like what really would happen...who would come to my funeral....would someone try and save me?...if i lived would Kevin change? thats the one i wonder....it almost makes me want to doit if i knew he would change.:-/

Yeah, i think that kind of stuff alot, its gets a lil scary sometimes! Well i hope he changes anyways, your to nice of a person to be treated bad. And just so you know.. i would come to your funeral, i just hope its not till were old and grey! lol
