The more I write, the less I seem to like what I put out. These days, it's impossible to settle my over-active mind down for something like a half hour's worth of writing but, even if I do, the result is so ... blah that I end up trashing it anyway. I don't know if this counts as advice or not, but when I need to write something but can seem to get anywhere with it, I try to concentrate on one tiny thing: a sentence, a color, a sensation, whatever. And then try to spin it out from there in my mind, see how far I can take it until it becomes something coherent .. I think tasks are less overwhelming if you zero in on a detail, at least to get you started?
Also, yaay pencil case! Do we get to see pics when you're done? :D

And yes! Provided that it actually gets done. I am terrible with finishing projects.
