That sucks ass! You live in Maxwell, right? And they knew it does that when it rains (heavily)? You can sue them for the cost of replacement for anything ruined or destroyed, especially your cpap.
They keep info on when maintenance is called to repair anything. You can find out just how long they've known about it, what has or has not been done, and then take that to see Uncle Jack and ask him what UAM plans to do about it. Or just go straight to see Uncle Jack and ask him for a meeting with the director of maintenance.
I mostly just have to do a lot of laundry from it. Luck for me I'm in the middle of about a hundred different little projects so nothing major was in the closet, like my family photos. I am trying to figure out how I'm going to store stuff if I'm not able to use the floor space.
I think my biggest lost was a package of address labels for my printer and a package of scantrons.
