Last Day in Stockholm
So we are about to leave Stockholm and make our way to Copenhagen by train. I'm gonna miss this place. It's so beautiful and the weather has been perfect! My last day in Stockholm consisted of visiting City Hall and the Summer Palace where royalty stay. We also did a little bit of shopping to better fit in. Day 2 - Stockholm
Hello again! Today was a LONG day. First of all, I barely slept last night because of the time zone differences so I'm exhausted. Second of all, I've been walking around this city for the past 13 hours. My feet hurt. But I saw a lot and learned even more so I am satisfied for the day. Day 1 - Stockholm, Sweden
Sweden is beautiful. Everything is old and so nice. Stockholm is actually a city built on 14 islands. The name supposedly reflects this along with the fact that there used to be a barrier that only the Swedish knew how to go around to get into the city. Leaving home
So this is it. In less than a week I'll be leaving the country. It's going to be quite a journey. I'm sure it will be the experience of a lifetime and I am excited, but nervous. I've never left my family and friends like this. I'm someone who likes the comfort of home and the protection of others. So I feel like I may get homesick. Hopefully I will ( Read more... ) -

Living
Life is never what we expect. Sometimes we can forsee the future and sometimes we can't. When I come back home I realize how different my life is now and how I would have never seen it this way years ago. I was so young and didn't know what I want. I didn't think I'd be this happy. We never know just how strong we can be. I don't think I'm a selfish person, but I know I've always tried to do what's best for myself. I didn't always think about what would be best for other people. That was until someone showed me what it meant to be selfless. I've grown a lot in the past year and I'm still growing. You learn a lot about yourself when you have someone to bring it out of you. Someone who listens to what you don't say and reflect you for who you are whether you knew that person or not.

Another end
So it's another end to a long season. Or maybe it's just the beginning of my senior year. Each year is different and this is definately one to learn from. It was a rough one but a fun one and we went far.
I just added this lj app on my phone so I can post wherever I am when a good idea pops up I suppose. Convenient or lazy...your choice.
