Lightning deserves- no, HAS to be happy!! *waterfall of tears* Out of all the characters, she needs it the most. Like Vanille said in "A Young Boy's Kiss", Lightning is the type of woman who doesn't believe that she is good enough to be happy. She won't go looking for happiness. Happiness needs to come to her (in the form of Hope).
And thanks for the song recommendation. I'll check it out. ^^

true that! Hope really needs to bring her happiness. out of the entire cast, other than Serah, she bonded the most with Hope and we know that he will be with her every step of the way in Lightning Returns, so i really wanna see something b/w them. Lightning truly deserves happiness and Hope is my best bet.

It's called "Kaminari" by Sakamoto Maaya. "Kaminari" means lightning/thunder in Japanese. ^^
