You might want to consider filing a complaint.

That link seems to only be for financial-based services. I got as far as the drop down menu for "What product or service best describes your complaint?" and all of the options are things like "Debt Relief Company" and "Mortgage Loan." There's not even an option of "Other."

The top option is Insurance, and then the first radio button is Health Insurance. The state Dep't of Insurance merged into the Dep't of Financial Services a little while ago.

I filled it out, although it seemed like it was more for complaining about the insurance company than the doctors' office. I mean, it wasn't the insurance carrier who denied me treatment -- they tried to convince the doctor to uphold their contract.
