Have failed in most of the things I wanted to do over the last few months - have not started family tree scrap book, have not seen several sets of friends as much as I would like, have not become a whisky drinker (probably for the best), and have not started various projects which I was hoping to do to earn some extra cash. My Nephew has been home about a week or so now, so all the family are relieved and very pleased. Busy busy busy at the moment. Julie and her sister have decided they need to bite the bullet and either sell or let their mothers house. After a month of looking into it, the agent has said they have people looking to move in a week Tuesday. So first session down, first character down. Was very cool though and before I died I levelled up extremely well....

Still waiting for British Gas to give me a quote for new boiler and/or new heating system. A bit nervous as I have found a 'at risk' notice on the old boiler. I was always planning on giving the house I just bought a new boiler, new kitchen and new bathroom, but it looks like everything has to be done straight away. Happy to say everything has been sorted out with the house and I picked up the keys today! Pleased with the buy, although a little nervous of the time to come paying off 2 mortgages. Hopefully it will work out ok as long as I continue to have a tenant in the first and Kerry is able to pay bills etc in the 2nd.

Its my birthday 7th Feb - if anybody fancies it am going to Tiffings (all you can eat Indian, about £10), then to Wetherspoons (both in Cwmbran) evening Sat 5th Feb.
