Hi! I fail terribly at introductions, so pardon me on that.
I'm sandii, also 15, Chinese and resides in the oh so sunny Singapore.
I can speak English, Chinese, moderate Japanese and a tiny bit of Cantonese (and Malay).

I love music, anime, manga, graphics and reading (only by one author though (sweats) ). I'm interested in dinosaurs, atlantis, the Sphinx, ancient history/prehistory, the Pharoh, petroglyphs, hieroglyphs, extinct animals and meteories. I don't really 'study' them, but I love reading about them. You can basically call me a nerd because I don't think this is the norm for 15-year-old's. I also colour manga in my free time.

I have been reading awhile, and your entries are really interesting to read. this sounds so stalkerish. Simple is the best! I guess you probably know where I come from. Hi Sandii. Nah, I thought it was a funny introduction. LOL.

You seem to really like prehistory, eh? I love reading about them - extinct animals and meteorites especially. I see you love Japanese music a lot, too. LOL. I like to colour manga in my free time, too, though my skills are really amateurish.

It's great to know that you've been following my journal and on the contrary I don't think that you're a stalker. Normally, my regular readers will usually read the entries without commenting, so I'll really have to thank you for introducing yourself. :D

I like extinct animals \o/. They are fun LOL. I colour for personal pleasure only anyway, because I don't do shadings and they turn out very 2D-ish lmao o_o. eg here and here. The hair looks especially screwed up because I fail at removing the watermark and then redraw back x_x. I hate it when watermarks cover the subject I'm colouring. |: . (She's really fun to colour cause of her pink hair XD).

I've been thinking if I should comment or not LOL. But since I check my f-page practically everyday, why not rofl. and ignore that previous comment 8D

I face the same problem when colouring manga panels too. I just can't seem to remove the watermarks (if you're referring to the black shadows), and I have no sense of perspective. Hahah. My shading is rather unrealistic and yeah, it's really 2D too - the lighter and darker colours don't really blend in together unless I apply some layer styles or textures.

Here is a sample. The patches are still there and I can't seem to colour the eyes properly. LOL. Not to mention, I left the shirt almost transparent because I couldn't do anything nice with it. :S
