History/Bio (min. 1 paragraph/approx 150 words): Niall was born and raised in Ireland, he has an older brother named Greg. His parents divorced when he was 5 and shortly after that he and his brother moved in with his dad, he’s close with both of his parents even though they had a bit of a rough patch when his mom met someone else. Niall wasn’t sure what he wanted to do once he finished high school so he tried a couple of things, he’s always enjoyed being in the kitchen but never considered making a career out of it until his mother convinced him to give it a shot and as they say, the rest is history.
After he graduated he struggled to find a job that fulfilled him or got him excited so he struggled to stay motivated, that was until his parents talked to him about an opportunity in the US to work with the Donnellys and he knew there was no way he could turn that down so he packed his bags and moved to AC.

RP Sample (min 150 words if narrative): Niall knew from the start that it was gonna be a challenge, he’d never been away from his family for long periods of time so that made him a little nervous but being more independent also excited him. Niall didn’t know The Donnellys but being from Ireland of course he knew of them, he wasn’t sure how his parents got him to work on one of their restaurants but he didn’t want to think about that too much.
He sighed as he leaned back against his seat, checking a couple of things on his phone and smiling when he got a text with a picture of his family attached, he decided to say his goodbyes at home because just the thought of doing it at the airport made his face go a little red. Niall took a deep breath when they announced his flight was boarding, picking up his bag from the floor before he started walking, soon he’d find himself on a different country and starting a new life there, he wasn’t freaking out at all.
