Sounds likely that they're preparing streams of communication that are completely independent of the record company. It's a good move on their part.

Did you try signing up? Is there more info beyond that screen?

Yeah I just signed up and tried signing in but got nothing
That doesn't mean anything though they could be working on the forum.
So yeah I have a feeling this is where they are moving the forum
we all pretty much knew that this day would come sooner or later with the break from the label

The current boards are hosted by EMI. Since they're leaving their label, they'll need somewhere else.
