mmm new matchbook romance. i might suggest even better than previous matchbook romance. musically they've gotten darker and more melodic, but retain their power and angst. slightly muse-eqsue. i like it.

lyrically, i am most fond of fiction, but you can run is just an amazing tune, particularly near the end.

ok, less emo-thusiasm.

Shockingly, I love them. I never heard of them before now. Historically, we're not meant to go for the same kind of music, so colour me confused...but thankful. I won't go and give my opinion on who they sound like though.

stories and alibis. released i think circa jan 2005? you be as deeply and obviously wrong as you like - either way we'll have a 2 hour argument about it and then you'll conclude that i'm right :P

(ok that doesn't always happen. but you had a really good point about determinism).

well you know that I like fiction and monsters though you can run is growing on me. I am supposed to be working but I am not. Hannibal is asleep on my bed, I am a slave to this cat now. If he knocks on my window I have do to what he says, well let him in at any rate. Anyway I am sorry about earlier, I'll try not to do it again. :(

Mandy!!!!! I miss you to the power many. What's going on in your life these days?? As you may have gathered i'm incredibly domestic and stable these days - which i never thought i'd enjoy, but here i am enjoying it :)

domestic can be good. michele and I alas are no longer together... we sort of imploded soon after I visited her; but we are still friends and talk... there was just not enough time in her life for a long distance relationship or a close one at that... and I have rebounded to being with someone else... which you know is normal for creatures like you and I. I am still a king, performing now 3 times a month... much on the tiring side, but I am enjoying it, and have a bit of a following suddenly. :P
I miss you very muchly as well. I have been all over the map with medications but am doign very much better now. I miss you!!! *big bear hug!!!!!*
