Dying is almost funny in a way

Alright about two nights ago, I was sitting up watching T.V. I went to turn off the blasted box when i started coughing randomly. After i got done with coughing my up whateva it was I went to suck in some air. I can't. no air was coming through my mouth or my nose. okay this has happened to me before so I sat there thinking. 'how to I breath again
