The church and media have long suppressed women's sexuality. I think mostly it's (B), because there are not enough role models for sexually empowered, happy women. Note that the sexual women in popular media are villainized or come to a bad end, or both. That's propaganda, not the truth.

Could you mail-order a HMW? http://www.babeland.com sells them. I'm sure many places do. Or have someone in the states buy one and ship it for you?

Mail-Order is a big No-No - they have a register of all approved medical products, so the fact that it isn't for sale in Chemist shops is a good indication that it's not approved for import. (The laws here are Draconian, to say the least). I'm thinking about faking a muscle pull next time I go on vacation, and buying one to "innocently" slip into my suitcase on the return journey.
