if you put < a href="http:www.livejournal.com/communites/layoutslikewoah" > before the picture and < /a > after it, without the spaces of course, then you can make the picture a link to the community.

you shouldnt have made that image a .jpg, it looks too pixelated, try a .png, .bmp, or a .gif
