Is it just me, or have things been weird around here?  Like, weirder-than-normal weird?  I don't know what it is, exactly... more people leaving, more explosions.  ...Well.  The explosions were only tonight, I guess, but still...

It's been a long month.

Thanks, Freckles. ...Do you believe any of it? The growing part, not the story.

Ye know, that's a good idea. Maybe I could do some interviews around tha City. See if we can collect some stories. The more happy ones the better right?

That'd be interesting, having a City story book. I bet we all have something we can learn from each other's stories.

Running out of things to write articles about?

No really. But I'm startin to think that the people here are more interestin than the happenings. It'd be a better read, ye think?

I think you're right. I know I'd rather read about the other people here than about whatever crazy things the deities're making happen.

I don't know. I think we all learn something from the things that happen to us.

How're you doing, James? Any craziness in your neck of the City?

...that's a terribly fairflightish and splendifficant story, dear Penny.

I rather like the ending the best--though, stories never really end, do they.

Does that mean you thought it was okay, Tarrant?

I guess they don't, no. Even when you think you've gotten to the end, things just keep on going.

I thought it was wonderful.

As is life and all--though, most stories turn out well--or they turn out, and that is well within itself--for not to turn isn't well turning for anyone, nor any story..

Thank you!

[Penny's pause indicates a certain amount of not following Tarrant. Which, actually, isn't too unusual.]

It isn't, is it? But everything turns out, so no worries there.
