And shortly thereafter there is the sound of steel-toed boots thumping against the ground, and shortly after that, the sound of the Welcome Center doors BURSTING OPEN from sheer secondhand enthusiasm.

Well, thank you. It'd be cooler if some were shaped the carousel, but that's way beyond my cookie-making skills.

Hmm. You could bake them into sort of house-ish shapes, only I guess with a rounded top, and just sort of pipe some carousel onto it. Although, pastry bags are hard to deal with unless you're used to them, anyway, so, I dunno.
