I see there's a protest going on outside. Believe me, I'd be there if I could, though I don't really believe in the effectiveness of peaceful resistance. There's definitely no point in peaceful resistance to an enemy more powerful you are who doesn't actually care if you life or die.  I mean, enemies.  I think

There wasn't one. I had a altercation with Captain Hammer when he rudely interrupted me while I was busy working.

At times a peaceful resistance does make a difference. But at the same time you make a valid point of force needing to be used.

Though with the Deities in charge any form of violent uprising will more than likely have negative outcomes for those who are involved as well as those who aren't.

I've definitely noticed that doing things they don't like leads to consequences, generally swift and not very pleasant. I think what we really need is more information.

Information on the City and how it works. Whether the deities are really all-powerful. Things like that.
