the weekend was okay. yesterday was a track meet...probably the worst i've ever had. it was at lake washington...i ran at 1:50 and the rain pouring down on me was like -5 degrees. it was so cold it felt like needles. i closed my eyes for the majority of the 2 laps because i couldnt even see. i was supposed to run the 4x4 but we didnt because the
