I'm at 91 right now with one of my fav's Ghostbusters. I plan to cram as many in as I can today and tomorrow because I'll be busy Halloween day with trick or treat and son's school Halloween party.
I've got 5 to go, and now the hard starts on decided which should be the last to watch out of all the movies I wanted to get in. I want to end with some fun ones: Elvira, The 'Burbs, original Halloween of course - maybe also The Lords of Salem and one more.
I downloaded the Hola unblocker for chrome, and have been entertaining myself with seeing what other options Netflix has for streaming horror in other countries. I've checked UK, Ireland, and Canada, and they have fewer options (not all the 1/2 star movies) but imo a better variety of movies. Canada has all of Rob Zombie's movies for example, and I don't think any of them are on Netflix US.
The last ones were probably the hardest for me; I'd done plenty of rewatches but not really any of my ultimate favorites, so I wanted at least the 100th to be one of them. I'm saving my Halloween rewatch (along with Trick 'r Treat and Murder Party) for the 31st.
If looking for variety of movies, have you tried Viooz? I found myself watching a lot of films there this month and even managed to find this obscure random '70s Japanese horror film I'd tried to hunt down for months with no luck, so it's definitely worth checking out.
I LOVE THAT FILM. Horror or not, for me it's one of those few films that consists of several segments where everything works and no segment is worse than the other.
Got to a hundred on Saturday but I've still decided to watch at least couple of films for the rest of the month too, seeing I have never watched this many films on a single month. Plus I really want to make through at least one more marathon I'd planned on having, ha.
I have never watched this many films on a single month. - SAME. and now i've gotten into the habit, i can't stop. [totes going to continue during nano XD]
now i've gotten into the habit, i can't stop. I almost said in my original comment that I'm starting to feel like a serial killer because I can't stop even after being done. XD
