There's a box of Halloween donughts in the office kitchen.
I'm in Autumn clothing.

The first day of October is always a big thrill for me! I consider it the first day of the month-long celebration of Halloween. Speaking of Halloween, are we still on for that Art Show next weekend?

I don't think I have your hotmail addy. Could you e-mail me at tracym@bigfoot.com and we'll start making all the plans. I'm not sure how many people are going, but I think the plan will be to meet at my place and pile people into cars from there. I have a car, but I know at least one person doesn't, so I'll pick her up from Bart. Since the show only goes until 3pm, I am thinking we should leave my place by 11am, 12pm at the latest. It will take about 45 min. to get there from my place.
