Hey Grandma!

What's for supper?
(or lunch, as the case may be)

A BLT made with organic tomatoes and thick cut, pepper-crusted bacon
A bowl of gumbo, generously laced with Cajun Sunshine & tobasco sauce
Corn chips
and a tall drink of water.
YUUUM-YUUM!

What did you have?

It's a hot sauce blend I purchased on a whim a few years ago.
Nothing really special about it, I found it at the local grocery store. It's somewhat mild, thus the extra tobasco.

Mongolian chicken, no onions.
I *heart* the little Chinese place by work.

And lots and lots of tea today.
It's cold in here and I'm cranky.

Ummm..I experimented.

Tiny sweet potatoes, garlic, and broccoli florets, fried together in a wok and garnished with feta cheese.
Partnered with a glass of sparkling cider.

(It wasn't an entirely successful experiment, but it's tasty nonetheless.)
