Guess what?! I hit goal at 155 lbs I started at 206 lbs. I'm so excited to have lost the weight! YAY GOAL!!! You can do it! If I can do it, anybody can do it! I started in September. HOnestly, I didn't think I would EVER get down this low in weight! I'm so excited! I'm into a size 10, almost size 8! YAY!!! I just had to share!

Ok. Now I'm really glad that I added you as a freind, because I have to ask... HOW?! I'm at around 190 and am desperate to loose the weight. It doesn't need to be overnight, but I'm tired of not liking myself when I look in the mirror... :/

Well, if you want some encouragement, I lost about 2 lbs a week. I had 9 gains, and one gain was 3 lbs. It's not easy. You just have to get back into your game. Also, if you're eating the same food day in and day out.. that can cause problems too. Your body gets used to eating the same thing, and adjusts to maintain, so you have to mix it up a bit.

Oh yeah, I should also mention that I was doing belly dancing even when I weighed 206 lbs. I didn't like the way I looked, but I still did it because if you don't do it... you will have a hard time getting that beneficial excersize, and 14 lbs hun, is not going to make a difference in how you can move and learn to move for the dance.
