Today was the first day I ever went running alone. I hope to get into the habit of it. I need exercise in a serious way. I only went half a mile and I walked half of it. My chest was hurting a lot. It's a start though. If I don't start exercising, I'll die of a heart attack when I'm 35.

I'm still learning lessons about shorter hair. DO NOT braid your hair and then swing your head back and forth while dancing. It only causes pain to the face.
