thank u! well fistly i screencapped the whole video with vlc.
then i created a new folder where i put the images that I wanted to use for each icon.
After this I opened adobe imageshack and i imported the pics in that folder, I selected the pictures in the animation box and I clicked on "delete frames".
Then Itransported the file to Photoshop, and there I changed the size to 100x100 pixel,sharpened, resized the pictures, put some selective coloring and in some icons I put a white background! =)
Then I transported the icon in Imageshack and, in the animation box, I clicked "Make frames from layers", then delete and select the layers =)
And it's all...! Sorry if i wrote wrong something... XD my english is not so perfect.. .___.
