I'm so close to my goal and it hasn't been hard to fast or restrict at all as I'm always busy with either work trying to get into Uni.
I've cut my alcohol consumption to vodka and soda water and my smoking hasn't cut down. Although when I hit 104 or less I'm going to start using my gym membership. And be as healthy as I possibly can.
