Q: So what do the hosts DO exactly?
A: After school lets out, the host club gathers in the school’s third library (which was going to be reconstructed into another indoor pool but…) at the host club’s head quarters. It is there that the hosts gather and entertain the customers who request them (in order of importance and how much they’re dishing out). The club allows flirting, innocent touching, and very light fanservice (i.e. two guys kissing to appeal to the yaoi fans, girl-on-girl action for the guys, e.c.t.) to occur over the refreshments provided (alcohol may be present some days). The hosts also have a say on who they see. If a host dislikes a certain customer, he or she may refuse servicing that person altogether.
Anything more (i.e. full on sex) must first be agreed with the host and customer and must occur somewhere outside of the host club. Because the principal walking in on a bunch of young having sex all over the place just doesn’t reflect nicely on the school itself. At all.
Q: Is this a high school centric RP?
A: Not at all. Because, although the activities of The Host Club occur in a room at a high school, it would be highly preferred that players branch out and take advantage of the glorious city setting of the RP. There's always something to do in the city.
Q: Does my character have to be Japanese?
A: Not at all! Does Naruto look all Japanese to you? Your character can originate from Japan and have moved to the Unites States, or your character can even be part Japanese. All types of international students attend Sinclair, so feel free to get creative as you’d like! But remember, this RP takes place in the United States, so the Japanese fangirl lingo (i.e. -sama, -senpai, dattebayo, presenting the last name first) should be kept to a minimum.
Q: Can teachers/adults /people who don’t attend Sinclair play a part in the host club?
A: Yes! If a host isn’t of legal age (18), he or she may have to offer his or her services to said adult in scandalous secret. Sinclair’s Host Club is known all over the city, so clients from other schools, college students, starving artists, strangers on the streets, etcetera, are free to drop on by and see what all the fuss is about!
Adults are permitted to be hosts (i.e. Akatsuki members, age 25 at the most), although teachers are not. Teachers can, however, be advisors for the club. Just to make sure there aren’t any creepers prying on their precious students. Or creep on the students themselves~
Q: What about younger characters such as Konohamaru?
A: Younger characters aren’t allowed to be hosts. However they CAN be fangirls/boys, or the errand dogs of the older kids. They can get free cake. =D
Q: Are the roles in this RP just limited to hosts and the clients of the hosts?
A: NOPE! There’s the teachers of the school, slaves to the hosts, perhaps people bent against taking the host club down, random city walker looking for a change of pace, ENEMY CLUBS, struggling scholarship student just looking for a quiet place to study…be as CREATIVE as you’d like!
Q: Can characters such as Minato Namikaze & Kushina Uzumaki, Fugaku & Mikoto Uchiha, and Hiashi Hyuuga be around?
A: That would be amazing! Make sure to work things out with their respective children first!
Q: What the heck do you mean by type?!
A: Since the host club appeals to a variety of interests, the club has hired a various amount of hosts to meet those interests! Hinata could be the Shy and Cute Type. Naruto could be the Happy-Go-Lucky Type. Shikamaru could be the Lazy Player Genius Type. Be imaginative!
Q: I know nothing about New York City or the Upper East Side. Help?

Q: Do we HAVE to RP smut?
A: Nope! If you don’t feel comfortable doing so, then don’t. Warn other players of your likes and dislikes beforehand, alright?
