What the hell is Massachusetts' problem? In Washington you can only be called for jury duty if you are registered to vote there or have a Washington driver's license. Massachusetts is fucking stupid in that people who live in whatever county (in this case it's Suffolk) more than 50% of the year (that would be me) and students who permanently reside
