Yes, my radio station is rubbing the Stones tickets in my face, too. In fact, they've sent their intern, aptly named Eric the Intern (who is in fact about 30) to line up for tickets- the only problem being that they don't go on sale for another week. But they've set him up with a camping trailer, and he says it's better than his own house. Some guy brought him a frozen chicken, and this morning when Doc and Woody (the DJ people on the classic rock station) called him, he was like, "Ya, I just put it in the freezer" and Doc was like, "What?!?! You have a FREEZER?!?!" because he wants Eric to suffer. Last time they made Eric stand in line for U2 tickets, and he was first in line, but then he tripped on some guy's fish, and about 8 people rushed ahead of him so he was 9th in line (he still got tickets, though). Not suprisingly, he's first now. (Sorry, that was way longer than I thought it would become, and very confusing).

*pats you on head* Am I allowed lol?

Enjoy your 80's prom! :D

Sometimes I listen to a radio station in Canada, I think it's the one you listen to. (Chez 106) Lately I've been listening to one from London (all the DJs have sexy accents!), but maybe I'll start listening to Chez 106 again, lol.
My mum wanted to win U2 tickets, and the radio station she listens to was having a "What Would You Do For U2 Tickets?!" promotion thing, and one girl called in and said that she jump roped (jumped rope?) in a stars and stripes bikini or something. I told my mum she should have called the station and said that the thing she would do for U2 tickets was call a radio station to try and win U2 tickets. :-D
Sure you can pat me on the head! Now, you are one of two people who has permission to pat me on the head! Yay! I'm using too many exclaimation points, so I'll use a question mark here instead?
Every day is an 80's prom for me! (No idea where that came from...) Also, Keith Richards is sexy.

Yep, that's my radio station :) I can see how listening to a British one would be cool, but I'm sure about half the time I'd not understand a word, because they talk so quick.
That's be a great reason! I want to go put my name on a ballot for free Stones tickets, and I was telling my dad that if I wore my Stones shirt, I was sure Eric would be like, "Gasp! Look at this wonderful, young fan! She deserves free tickets right away for choosing good music!"
He's very sexy :)

While I was reading this, You Can't Always Get What You Want came on the radio, so I stopped reading your comment to rush to the phone to call the radio station about 3,000 times. I didn't get through, though. So I was sad, but I read the rest of your comment and it cheered me up, although only slightly. :-)
...Wait a second... he tripped on a fish? (I'm just now comprehending this...) Maybe in America we have George Bush and high gas prices and we also have the highest percentage of obese people in the entire world, but we don't leave random seafood on the ground for innocent people to trip over. :-D
Keith Richards is my new desktop background.
