Can I ask for measurements on the Lace Haulter TRIPP corset?

on the hottopic site it sayes
XL = 11-12 size
37 inch - 42 inch bust
30 inch - 35 inch waist
41 inch - 45 inch hips
the pannels inbetween the lacing and the side zipper are made of stretchy material.

it laces up both the front and the back and has a side zipper

except that it doesn't tie, but has a slide buckle, a side zipper, has lace, and laces up on the front and back.
