I'm glad it's starting to get colder. It's still warm outside, very sunny and blue, no clouds. I've got the windows and door open for fresh air. But my feet are cold. Wow. I am always thinking I want to live somewhere where it rains all the time, but I don't know if I could deal with the freezing!

Yeah I have mixed feelings like that about L.A. and London because as a child we went to London every summer and then every other summer and stayed with family for extended periods of time. I have such fond memories of that time. I love SF and Berkeley and would move there in a second if Ron would agree, but I do remember some bitterly cold nights in the winter. I wish I knew NYC better. I am sure I would love it. I've only spent a week there when I was fourteen! I feel ashamed of having traveled so extensively and not being familiar with NY. Maybe whenever you're next down here we can get a bite to eat. Or if I come that way. I really want to take a trip to see some friends in Chico and it seems silly to not include SF and Berkeley. Who knows when that will actually happen, though. And I know your time will be split soon between that place and Modesto. Where is Modesto in relation to Chico and SF? Jeeze I am chatty today.
