I'm in the same boat as you, classes started 4 weeks ago. I have very reading intensive course (300-400 pgs a week between my 3 classes)and I have one day a week do to do those readings... (which is today which is why i'm on lj) All-in-all they are good. Not sure why I thought doing 6 straight years of college was a good idea, but my co-worker michelle is on year eleven and has 2 or 3 years left (however she's coming out with dual master and dual phd's)..
I'm impressed that you are enjoying the vet's office, my sister has worked for a vets office for years and it just seems like one of those places where you have to really love what you do to be willing to put up with the crap the customers and animals give you.
Yeah, I can't picture myself dedicating six years to college... I admire your effort! (Especially about the 300-400 pages bit...geez!) I can't even begin to fathom why one would want to stay in school 12 years... albeit, having dual masters and dual doctorates is neat.
As far as working at an animal hospital, yeah, I'm glad that I enjoy what I do. I'm just a receptionist (thankfully) so I don't interact with the animals too much... though some might argue that dealing with the one's who can talk is more difficult, lol.
