My Batman The Animated Series DVD has the episode where Dick Greyson leaves and becomes knightwing. Also a pretty sad episode, except it makes Dick look like a...dick.

They can't, America claimed it. Another country putting their flag up there would be a declaration of war. It'd be the same as if they put their flag in New York City or Omaha. The moon is just as much a part of America as anywhere else.
