I had 2 sodas today and I feel pretty dirty because of it. I am gonna just gonna eat a bit less tomorrow and play some 12's or something to make up for it.
Thanks Devon. I actually read an article about "cheat days" that help improve diets. Once every 2 weeks or so you eat a meal or just have a day where you eat what you want (within reason, not a binge). It improves your outlook on the diet psychologically and can actually be beneficial to weight loss.
I agree with Devomania! Seriously java. You look great. I can tell you feel a lot better about yourself. We love you as you are, but I'm glad you are starting to be happy with yourself too.

Just give it up, Dan. You can drink tons and tons of water, which is delicious, and juice, which is also delicious.
