When Ryosuke showed up at Keito's door in the middle of the night, shivering in only his baggy sweats and a sweatshirt he recognized to be his own, he immediately let the other in and took him into his arms, holding him close.
"What are you doing here?" Keito asked as Ryosuke looped his arms around his neck, burying his face into Keito's warm neck, "Ryosuke, what's up?"
Ryosuke shrugged and looked up, his eyes connecting with Keito's, "I don't know, I just wanted to see you."
Keito chuckled and shook his head, silently berating his silly boyfriend.
Ryosuke just smiled innocently and snuggled back into Keito's embrace, kissing his bare shoulder and giggling when Keito shivered from the cold touch.
Ryosuke bit his lip, trying to muffle his brokenhearted sobs as the tears continued to spill from his eyes, rolling sadly down his cheeks and onto Keito's shirt, dampening it. Keito didn't care though, the only thing that mattered to him was holding Ryosuke as tight as possible, letting him know with quiet whispers and gentle kisses how much he loved him, how special he was and that everything would be okay.
"But, but how do you know?" Ryosuke choked out, his hands clutching Keito's shoulders in desperation as he leaned back and starred up at Keito with hurt eyes.
Keito leaned forward and closed the distance between them, silently responding to Ryosuke's question by deepening the kiss and pulling him closer.
"You, you, you suck!" Ryosuke yelled and stomped away, but was stopped when Keito grabbed him by the wrist and spun him around, pulling the angry boy to his chest and holding him there in his muscular arms.
"Let go of me you bastard!" Ryosuke's fists pounded on Keito's chest, "I hate you, how could you do this?!" he asked angrily, getting more furious as Keito easily took his punches, barely even flinching from the fists.
"You said you were just best friends and I trusted you!" Ryosuke yelled, his punches slowing down as he began to cry, "I love you but that means nothing, not compared to him, huh?!"
Keito sighed and pulled Ryosuke closer, an arm around his shoulders and the other around his waist, "I'm sorry," Keito mumbled, "I'm so sorry, I just, it just happened."
"Just happened?" Ryosuke sobbed, giving in and pressing himself closer to Keito, "Things like making out with your best friend and breaking my heart don't just happen!"
"I know," Keito said, leaning down and resting his forehead against Ryosuke's shoulder, "I know and I'm so sorry Ryosuke, I never wanted to hurt you. I love you."
Ryosuke shook his head and pushed Keito away, wiping away his tears, "Just leave me alone," he muttered before running off, leaving Keito standing alone.
Keito sat down with a depressed sigh and leaned back into the couch in their dressing room, his head falling onto Ryosuke’s shoulder.
“Didn’t go well, eh?” Ryosuke asked, his hand reaching up to play with Keito’s spiked hair, “I told you, you should have studied more but noooooo,” he grinned playfully, “You just wanted to make out with me instead.”
Keito looked up at Ryosuke and pouted, “I just failed my test and you’re making fun of me? I knew I should have asked out Hika-”
“No!” Ryosuke shouted and tackled Keito, sending them flying off the couch and onto the floor in a mess of tangled limbs, “You’re mine!”
“Idiot,” Keito laughed and kissed Ryosuke’s cheek, “Now, pity me and my failure.”
Ryosuke laughed and nodded, holding Keito in a comforting embrace, ignoring the inquiries from the other members as to why they were snuggling on the dirty floor.
