I'm not going to punish you, Riza, I have no right to do that you, Winry, and the other Havoc are all technically under other me's jurisdiction anyway. Under normal circumstances, I probably wouldn't have yelled at you so much, but things have been bad enough lately. ...But if you were so drunk that you didn't have enough of your good judgement left to do something about what happened... well, I'm sure Havoc's already yelled at you over that.
