I like the lighting. I'm wondering about the computer though, it seems out of place to me, is it part of the composition?

Yeah, it makes me feel like my depressed icon. Although I have to say I've wondered about photos like this. Do people who are really depressed sit like this? I've never been severely depressed, so I don't know. It would seem more natural to curl up laying down rather than sitting up.

Wow, that does look like mine. I was going to name mine "Internal Strife" I took it to express my feelings today, although I didn't want to sit like this, but I have in the past. It is something about the fetal position and in a corner or under something. It's partly a feeling of wanting to feel invisable, which is a sign of depression.

I will have to go and check those out. Damn dialup that I use makes it impossible to look at pictures during the day. That is why you see me online at weird hours at night! Well that and the fact that I am a night person. hehe

It is a wonderfully expressive picture, by the way. I could relate to how you must have been feeling at the time.
