I-I hope you don't mind comments here that aren't crit, but i have a specific compliment! :D

I really, really like the way Ty Lee's handling things with this mini-virus thing- these comments in particular. I think it's very IC for her to have the whole "it sucks, but I'm tough and I'll live through it" attitude about this sort of thing (aka something bad, but not EXTREMELY, life-changingly bad, like a death or something), because she IS tough and she WOULD bounce back from most things. She's not a damsel in distress.

OKAY SO I'm awful at trying to give crit; bear with me please? :D?

Normally I wouldn't mention something like this because I'm a pretty firm believer in different interpretations of characters, but this is just about something that seems to kind of contradict how you've set her up in the past, IMHO? Her siding with Mai on the Zuko issue definitely makes sense, but I have trouble seeing Ty Lee as the sort of person who'd be all-out cruel-- taunting Azula about being lonely, calling her a monster/crazy when she knows that's like a trigger-word thanks to Mommy, etc. To me, it just kind of seems a bit out of place with how you've set up her character-- as a nice, loving girl who doesn't really have a truly mean bone in her body.

Actually, I'm glad you brought this up. I knew someone was, eventually, and I hope I have good enough reasons as to why she's acting that way.

If I remember correctly, Azula has made the accusations of Ty Lee liking other people more than her. The fact that she was being yelled at, a lot, doesn't help matters, either. Now, Ty Lee really isn't cruel normally. Can she be? Well, yes, anyone can be no matter how nice they are. (Katara anyone?)

At anyrate, what I'm trying to say is...basically, the reason Ty Lee is acting the way she is mainly because Azula's behavior against her for siding with Mai is really getting to her. Her first option of defense against this type of thing in the past was to run but as this wasn't an option, she's trying to make the other person (Azula) back down so the conflict can end and the whole universe can heal.

...if that makes any sense.

It does make sense! :D After this explanation I get where you're coming from, and it's now more of a case of "I personally would play out Ty Lee's reaction differently, but she's still in-character here" than "OKAY UM something's off D:".
