my sister is 5 months pregnant with twins
her twin babies was disagoned Twin to Twin Transfusion Syndrome... 
Her twins was at stage one (there re 5 stages) mean  baby A only have less less than 2cm of fuild (suppsoed 4 to 6) and baby a is very small like 8oz at 21 wks. Baby B is at normal size like 15oz and have 6cm of fuilds.
