So this summer I've been going to the gym a lot.  Yesterday when I went, I think I sweat more than I have in my entire life.  I nearly killed myself on the treadmill alone.  Working out until you feel like you're going to throw up beats the hell out of drinking until you feel like you're going to throw up.  But then, somehow I don't think exercise ( Read more... )

On long long runs when you think you're going to throw up and then you actually do, it feels so wonderful. But beware! Electrolytes flee your body very rapidly when you do this and lack of electrolytes makes muscles very unhappy. But. I sort of understand the desire to vomit..

But smile! You're awesome. And in the batcave. And, well, awesome. :-)
