I did tell them I wasn't coming after all...
And it is what I want...
But I have to admit, my stomach still dropped when I read this.

I'm sorry things have been so tough on you lately. But like we talked about, everything really does happen for a reason. If you ever need to talk to someone, know that I'm always here for you.

And dinner the other night was really nice, I'm glad we finally got together, you're right, it does need to happen more often.
