what do all yall think about affirmative action?! JW cuz thatz what im doing my speech about, i already have my opinion, but i want to know what people that i actually know think about it, instead of just what people say on their websites about it!

Ah... affirmative action...

I have no problem with affirmative action as long as it's not extensive. I think knowing ones gender for particular jobs is needed as is race/ethnicity. Understandably, not allowing someone something on the basis of their gender, race, ethnicity, etc. is wrong, but knowing these is needed for at times.
