This place is boring. My aunt is crazy, but not in a fun way like me. More like she can't remember anything or keep anything organized or find information and has no clue how to run her own business. There is virtually no communication in this office and things are going down hill, but all anyone does is point fingers. There's only four people

I had this up on my computer for ages, wanting to comment, and just never got around to commenting, but I surely meant to do it faster!

On one hand, I'm sorry it sucked. On the other, I'm kinda glad. Because you went. And I have always believed that it's better to have a shitty experience than not one at all, so enjoy the fact that you spent a month out in Colorado, realized that's not where you wanted to be, and were able to come homeI have sad news, however. Barb isn't working at the diner anymore. She went up to Trivet. And my (our?) beloved diner has COMPLETELY changed. There's higher prices, and no Barb, and with the smoking ban theoretically getting ready to hit in January, the diner is just going down the tubes

ewww....I hate that the diner is changing, but perhaps that means we can now find one minus all the drama and people I know. Gallivanting sounds fun to me.

Squirt is a happy turtle, and he's alive so it's all good.

And I am really glad that I want. I am over my driving anxiety and I will never have to wonder about how it may have turned out. It is beautiful there but I was living with uber christian Republicans and no one my age to talk to so it just wasn't for me. But now I know that.
