Maybe the biggest difference in my life post college is my altered perception of time. It certainly travels faster but it is more than that, the thing just feels different. I could imagine some finding this speeding up to be unsettling, what am I doing with my life and all

time is also a great ingrediant for cooking... especially if you have things like a crockpot or a smoker.

mix some time, hickory smoke, and meat... and you get BBQ!

it may be more like a tool (and it certainly travels faster at a rate that seems to increase exponentially each year), but damn if it isn't that odd piece of equipment that sits on the workbench in the garage gathering dust, because i have no freaking idea how to use it.
