Live Journal just informed me that 'snuck' is not a word. Furthermore, there's nothing even close to it. Does sneak not have a past-tense by some flaw of nature? That's impossible! Rebel, people of people land! Use the word snuck ( Read more... )

hahahaha, it's not? Because it should be. But I think it might actually be sneaked as the correct form for some reason. But we also know that I am crazy.

sneaked sounds so wrong though! Who wrote this language. -_-

Technically, a word become "proper" because it is used often. I'd say snuck is used more than often, so is it not a word? That's how things make it in to the dictionary.

But yeah, use it anyway. Everyone does. And I mean...unless you're writing a paper or something all important....grammar doesn't matter to that point of being so anal to get it right.

That's bizarre, I thought 'snuck' was the proper past tense of 'sneak'. What things one can learn in a day! Thank you =D
