Well, I'm no God (probably not anyhow, good thing for the universe), but always remember you're my friend and I believe in you. You can do this. Fear's an insanely powerful foe sometimes, but I know you've got it in you to overcome it. I wrestled with it before myself, and that's how I know that it is possible to win. You just have to never give up, and don't be afraid to need help. Anybody can do it, but nobody can do it alone.

What you need lies inside of you. It has always been there, it has never left you. You are stronger than you know.

Turn these requests around, and see that they are already answered. You see Matthew. He is there to be a guide to your self-love and your health. Ask his guidance, his methods. Ask him to exercise with you, eat as he does. If his results are as you wish, you have the proper mirror right in front of you.

God is with you always.

Independance of tought and action suit you well, also. Driving can give you much freedom and MAry tells me to say you can have so much fun with it....
