First post from Tokyo! I hope all my friends are doing well :) It's hard to know where to begin though, since living in Japan is kind of really different from actually being a tourist here in Japan where I can ramble on and on about the sights and sounds of the city. I'm so glad you have this blog so I can keep up to date on your life! Especially because with the time difference and our own busy lives and schedules it's near impossible to catch you on MSN.

I feel so excited for you. Especially your small class of people from all over the world - I had that for only 3 weeks when I went to China but even just three weeks was enough for me to fall in love all over again with small classes you see every day, just like how it was back in middle school. I really miss it (and my class!)

I'll update you on my life soon, it's nowhere near as exciting as yours, but there are a couples of things I have to tell you!
