(you got it almost right XD, well it is correct grammatically, but you addressed me very formally and as we know each other xD "Dir" would be better than "Ihnen". You can say "Ich lieb(e) dich." but in German we distinguish between I love you used for our friends and for our family/partner - I'd say "Ich hab dich lieb" instead. Haha, now I feel like a total wise guy -.-)
