Why you should read it:
For someone who reads more on the writing than the ship, this was a rare delight. A smorgasbord, if you will. A story that examines the impact of the infarction on House through the eyes of the people who know him. Not too heavy on angst or description, regretful without being hollow, very satisfying.
Brilliant moments between House and Stacy, House and Cuddy, House and Wilson, and some House/Cameron longing, so it should make everyone happy.
Cameron wonders what House was like before the infarction. We see a contrast between the post-Ketamine House and the pre-infarction House, and subsequently a puzzle-piece glimpse at the part of House that's missing. What doesn't need to be clearly told is how the others feel about what's missing, because that's shown.
