Was talking to Belle last night about CF and thought it might be time to start organising things. So here is some organisation bitches.
People camping in our area.

Last year Ildhalfen (Auckland) made noises about bringing a boat and camping with us in our area (cultus portus for those who remember). We haven't heard any more from them since then, Belle with be talking with Mouse about it at some point to see what they are doing.
Tents
Tim and Sam in their giant "dome" tent
Will, woot, brother sam in small dome tents
Matt and belle in their tent with boat
JD, laura, ali, leah in hire tents
Peter (are you coming?)
A hire tent for lounging in (I have an interesting plan for this one)
So total there will be 3 hire tents with one being a lounging tent (set up differently so no one gets confused), Tim and Sam's big dome tent and 3 small dome tents.
Food
Currently looking like a prohibitted fire season which doesn't really effect our cooking too much as gas cookers/BBQs are exempt.
However it sounds as though they will be stricter this year on the use of such things being confined to the concrete pads near the taps.
Belle has indicated that they might be getting a large BBQ from one of Matts friends and has suggested that we organise to cook at the same time so we can use it aswell. This will be confirmed/updated later.
