As June Faire Draws Closer, plans are beginning to come together. I have secured the services of a Galley Master for the weekend, who will be asking 2 small favors. 1) Help pay for food, and 2) Help with clean up. What do you get out of this? Hot Breakfast on Saturday and Sunday, and Hot Dinner on Friday and Saturday, Plus there will be grab and go

Yo ho! Don't yet know who-all of Darkmountain is planning to camp with us; we are still focused on preparing for Maypole and haven't yet started to plan for June Faire.

The original purpose of the Bardic Alliance was to have a place where barding rather than partying would be the focus of the nights' activities, and it is hard to maintain that focus in the midst of a big encampment, so I'm inclined to camp separately, and just extend an open invitation to anyone who wants to come over and sing or play. I will put out the word to the other folk, though, and let them decide for themselves what they want to do.

I wasn't planning on a big party encampment, Just because the majority of the people who I am inviting to camp with us are not big party people. If everything goes according to plan, we will have a nice big camp of people who all want to spend the nights by the fire sharing songs and stories, and if the people camping are of age and would like to party, then they can do so elsewhere.
